What we are about
Pace Setters Initiative was borne out of the passion to lessen the persistent occurrence of deviant behaviors in society. We are doing this by building the capacity of individuals who are prone to deviance.
Through training and mentorship, we are equipping teens and youth with Life Building Skills and engaging them in activities that will activate their innate potential.
We aim to redirect their mindset and enable them to live purposeful lives in society.

Psychosocial Intervention, Advocacy, Case management, Referral.

PEP UP PLUS
It is a project that focuses on training Pupils and Students on Life Building Skills, Sexuality Education, Prevention of Drug Abuse and Prevention of Child Abuse.

TEEN’S LITERACY TRIBE
A program aimed at helping teenagers and adolescents engage in skill-building activities, focusing on reading skills and vocabulary building, giving them a start on personal development and leadership.
FUN FRIDAY for TEENS
This program uses fun activities to help Adolescents boost their Mental Health. It is designed in such a way that participant will unburden, unwind, and play fun and educative games with their peers.
FEED THE ORPHANS & OCVs.
Feed the OVCs Project is aimed at supporting Orphans, Vulnerable Children, families headed by widows or widowers, children or persons living with disability and the less privileged with food items.
Meet Our Founder
Tessy Ozobialu is the founder and executive director of Pace Setters Initiative, she is passionate about helping people build life skills and support their personal development.
She has refused to sit and watch society deteriorate due to deviance, but step up to act and contribute through the Pace Setters Initiative.
Tessy is a Professional Social Worker, a Trained Teacher, A Certified Life Skills Coach, a Certified Humanitarian and a Personal Development Advocate.
