Pace Setters Initiative was borne out of the passion to lessen the persistent occurrence of deviant behaviors in society, build capacity and positive core values to ensure better and more inclusive society, where everyone can contribute.
PACE SETTERS INITIATIVE Registered as Pace Setters Integrated Social Intervention Initiative is a Non-Profit Organization Established on the 8th of January 2018 and completed registration with CAC in April 2019. The CAC/IT No. 127125.
Our ultimate goal is to build the capacity of individuals, equipping them with Life Building Skills, and engaging them in activities that will activate their innate potential, redirect their mindset, and enable them to live purposeful lives in society. We employ training, mentorship and direct engagement to achieve these goals.

About The Founder
Tessy Ozobialu is the founder and executive director of Pace Setters Initiative, she is passionate about helping people build life skills and support their personal development.
Tessy is a Professional Social Worker, a Trained Teacher, A Certified Life Skills Coach, a Certified Humanitarian and a Personal Development Advocate.
She holds a Proficiency Certificate in Humanitarian Studies obtained from the Institute for Humanitarian Studies and Social Development, A PGD in Education from the University of Lagos, A B.Sc. Social Work & Administration from the University of Jos, Plateau State and A Diploma in Law from the University of Jos, Plateau State.
Tessy, has several years of hands-on experience spanning different fields including Teaching, Mentoring and working in registered and approved institutions that shelter and Protect Vulnerable Children and Children with Disabilities.
